Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description As an EV Concierge, you will be part of a dynamic team that utilizes exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales techniques to support both existing and prospective electric vehicle owners. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and fostering lasting relationships between customers and OEM brands. A typical day involves responding to product inquiries, discussing charging options, assisting with product orders or reservations, setting up dealership appointments, and resolving customer concerns with personalized solutions. Responsibilities + Serve as the product expert for the current and future EV product lineup and all associated services. + Assist customers via chat, phone, and email with inquiries related to product reservations, orders, dealership services, home-charging, and recalls. + Take ownership of customer interactions and ensure comprehensive responses to all customer questions. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related profession, particularly in high-volume call center environments. + Proficiency in computer navigation and typing. + Strong reading comprehension, oral and written communication skills. + Strategic agility and acumen to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic understanding of electric vehicles and home charging options. + Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of EV products to customer queries. + Bachelor's degree is not required, but an associate degree is preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
