Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lewiston, Maine. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, managing projects from initiation to completion, and contributing to inside sales activities. This is a fully onsite role offering the opportunity to grow within the company. Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining strong, organized relationships. • Oversee and track projects from initiation to completion to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Assist with inside sales activities, including client communication and order management, with training provided on advanced responsibilities. • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring all client needs are met. • Perform accurate order entry and maintain organized records for ongoing projects. • Collaborate with team members to solve problems creatively and effectively. • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and exhibit a proactive, self-motivated approach to work. • Support sales growth by learning and taking on additional responsibilities over time. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, demonstrating strong client interaction skills. • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically and creatively. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Familiarity with inside sales processes or a willingness to learn and develop in this area. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
