Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients in a B2B setting. Your role will involve managing client interactions, scheduling deliveries, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with contractors and homeowners to address inquiries and provide solutions. • Schedule and coordinate delivery timelines, keeping clients informed of estimated arrival times. • Conduct introductory visits and showroom tours for homeowners to showcase available products and services. • Handle administrative tasks, including order entry and maintaining accurate records. • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed to support client needs. • Utilize RP Sage 50 software for order management and other operational tasks (training will be provided). • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and streamline processes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or B2B environment. • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organization. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. • Familiarity with order entry systems and processes. • Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients. • Willingness to learn and use RP Sage 50 software for operational tasks. • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays.
