The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating communication between clients and the internal team. This role involves taking phone calls, responding to emails and chat requests, validating client information, monitoring inventory, and assisting with shipping. The representative must ensure client orders are filled with urgency and maintain a high level of communication with providers and customers.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate communication between clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.Validate client information and monitor inventory levels.Assist with shipping and ensure client orders are filled promptly.Maintain high-level communication with providers and customers.Work EnvironmentThe position is on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential shifts as early as 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dress code is business casual, and tattoos are acceptable. The team consists of a manager, a shipping clerk, a quality control professional, and another customer service representative. The company is a rapidly expanding nutraceutical organization offering ample room for growth.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
