Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal team. If you excel at managing high call volumes, assisting with administrative tasks, and delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. • Assist with payment posting processes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Perform light administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and document management to support various departments. • Engage in email correspondence with clients and team members to provide timely updates and resolutions. • Accurately enter orders and other data into company systems, maintaining a high level of precision. • Support both inbound and outbound call operations, delivering exceptional service at all times. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication across departments. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail. • Strong skills in data entry and order processing with high attention to detail. • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and with care. • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, mailing, and document organization. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
