Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in order entry and database systems. • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
