Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tustin, California. This contract position offers a hybrid schedule, with some days working from the office and others remotely, including weekend shifts. The role involves assisting customers with rental applications and ensuring a smooth application process. Responsibilities: • Review and process incoming rental applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Verify the completeness and correctness of application details. • Update customer accounts and records as necessary. • Respond to inquiries and provide support via inbound and outbound calls. • Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve issues. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. • Schedule appointments and manage timelines for application reviews. • Communicate effectively with customers through email correspondence. • Ensure timely production of accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least three years of experience in credit processing or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work under deadlines. • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges. • Ability to work independently under supervision and multi-task effectively. • Detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills. • Flexibility to work hybrid schedules, including remote weekend shifts.
