Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fortville, Indiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving concerns effectively. Responsibilities: • Process and accurately enter customer orders for new or additional products and services. • Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist or department as needed. • Take proactive steps to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback. • Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer needs. • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team. Requirements Requirements: • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression. • Ability to provide excellent customer service and address grievances professionally. • Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, with proven success in handling customer inquiries. • Capacity to work independently while contributing to team goals. • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
