Description We are looking for a SPANISH BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring excellent customer interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE PERSON TO BE FULLY FLUENT IN SPANISH! ***SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 11pm EST*** Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries by providing clear explanations of product options and associated charges. • Open and manage trouble tickets to resolve customer-specific issues effectively. • Utilize customer service tools and applications to navigate and address customer needs efficiently. • Follow established procedures to handle routine issues, seeking guidance when necessary. • Maintain performance standards by achieving quality scores and meeting call center metrics. • Educate customers on self-service tools and promote their usage for streamlined support. • Inform customers about current promotions, upgrades, and new product offerings. • Provide accurate rate quotes and encourage customers to utilize prepayment options. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organization. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. • Proficiency in data entry and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. • Strong research and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence. • Ability to provide accurate customer quotes and promote relevant services. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is REQUIRED! • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet performance metrics and quality standard.
