Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will engage with customers to provide solutions, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in a corporate payments environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate customer service systems efficiently. *** The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm EST*** Responsibilities: • Create and manage trouble tickets to address specific customer concerns effectively. • Communicate product options and associated charges to customers with clarity and professionalism. • Utilize customer service tools and systems to resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Follow established procedures to address routine problems while seeking guidance for complex issues. • Maintain high standards in quality scores and call center performance metrics. • Encourage customers to use self-service tools and online platforms for faster resolutions. • Inform customers about promotional offers, new products, or upgrades to enhance their experience. • Provide rate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers. • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data entry and the ability to manage information accurately. • Capability to conduct research and provide reliable solutions to customer inquiries. • Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and precise communication. • Experience in quoting rates and promoting relevant services to customers. • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to support a diverse customer base. • Familiarity with call center environments and related metrics is an advantage.
