Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Pedricktown, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This is an onsite position, offering an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service support in a call center environment. • Perform accurate data entry to maintain customer records and order details. • Manage email correspondence to ensure timely communication with clients. • Process inbound and outbound calls to confirm or update order statuses. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain reports and documentation. • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently based on client needs. • Assist with order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve workflow processes. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage detailed records. • Familiarity with handling email correspondence • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to work onsite and adhere to scheduled hours.
