Description
Robert Half is currently searching for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our client's customers and potential customers. This Customer Service Representative position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position Monday to Friday based in Manassas, Virginia. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be customer-focused, detail orientated, and target driven.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
+ Proactively communicate with customers to address and resolve sales and service issues
+ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
+ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers incoming calls, email requests, chat or in-person.
+ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
+ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
+ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
+ Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Minimum of 1+ years of working in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in MicroSoft Suites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
