Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. • Strong skills in order entry and managing customer accounts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. • Familiarity with CRM systems and documentation processes. • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
