Description A top-rated auto body shop in Carlsbad is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of their front office. Known for their craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional service, this shop is trusted by both loyal customers and major insurance providers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle phones, paperwork, and customer updates with ease. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for repair—providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up.
