Description A busy company in the Rockaway area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Other responsibilities of this Customer Service Representative role will include but not be limited to: Responsibilities: • Process and enter wholesale customer orders accurately into the system. • Generate invoices and credit memos as needed, ensuring proper documentation. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and handling ad hoc projects. • Utilize basic Excel functions to create and maintain spreadsheets. • Provide support for eCommerce operations, including order management and customer inquiries. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and customer satisfaction. • Assist customers with purchase orders, contract-related questions, and general inquiries. • Maintain a detail-focused and positive attitude in a casual office setting. • Uphold organizational standards for accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
