**📞 Customer Service Representative –Louisville, KY- Hybrid | $17/hr**
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Customer Service** **Representative** for a **hybrid** opportunity with a leading healthcare technology company. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and thrive in a customer-first environment—this could be the perfect role for you!
**Location** : Louisville, KY Hybrid (Remote & Onsite as required)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (specific shift set during training)
**Pay Rate** : The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 15.00 and $17/hr. _Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors_
📝 **Responsibilities:**
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Deliver accurate information and resolve caller needs with empathy and efficiency
• Process prescription refills and schedule medication shipments
• Follow-up on patient requests and ensure seamless next steps
• Adhere to all company policies and HIPAA guidelines
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation
• Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment
**✔️ Qualifications:**
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35+ WPM
• Must obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability to work a flexible weekday schedule
