What You'll Be Doing

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy

Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently and correctly

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending solutions

What Are We Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software

Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and follow-through

Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork

Bilingual Preferred

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
