Description We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in North Canton, Ohio. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a cafeteria setting, including assisting with cashier duties and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Greet employees and guests in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner at the onsite cafeteria. • Operate the cash register for checkouts, including processing card and badge swipes. • Ensure the checkout process is smooth and efficient while maintaining accuracy. • Provide assistance to customers by addressing questions or concerns in a courteous and friendly way. • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the checkout area to uphold a positive customer experience. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. • Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service. • Report any operational issues or customer feedback to the appropriate personnel. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or a similar role. • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. • Ability to handle cash accurately and operate a cash register. • Dependability and punctuality to meet scheduled work hours. • Willingness to assist and adapt to various customer needs. • Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
