Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. In this role, you will engage directly with potential residents, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about available properties. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and in-office work, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential residents about available properties. • Provide comprehensive and accurate information to address customer questions and concerns. • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and property inquiries. • Update customer accounts and ensure all relevant information is accurately documented. • Follow up with customers to provide additional assistance or updates as needed. • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service. • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. • Ensure all communication reflects professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • At least one year of prior experience in a customer service role. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in all work-related interactions.
