Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Puyallup, WA. In this long-term contract role, with you will play an essential part in assisting customers with their inquiries, processing payments, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to change and is open to a permanent position. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account setup with professionalism and accuracy. • Greet walk-in customers and assist them with payments or general questions. • Process incoming mail, including sorting and handling payments or invoices. • Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to complete daily tasks efficiently. • Assist with email correspondence and inbound call handling to address customer needs. Requirements • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic. • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the MS Office Suite. • Experience in customer service, including handling inbound calls and email communication. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with billing software is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving team environment.
