**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
+ Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently and correctly
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending solutions

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
+ Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and follow-through
+ Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork
+ Bilingual Preferred
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
