As our newest Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a range of activities including verifying and entering orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, supporting the sales and service teams.  As the central point of contact for customers, you’ll handle inquiries, orders, and support requests related to our install base. You’ll ensure timely responses, accurate information, and a smooth customer experience. Act as a central point between various departments and role players. In this role, you will:

Respond to customer queries via phone/email within 4 business hours.Resolve standard issues within 2 business days or escalate as needed.Process order queries, returns, and service requests.Coordinate with technical and logistics teams.Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly.Prove proactivity in resolving customers issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Respond timely and efficiently to customer enquiries via different communication channels Support the customer service team on administrative tasks Support the sales team in the quotations creation and sending to the customers Effectively engage with external partners, and internal departments including finance, technical support, service, sales, marketing, and other departmentsActively engage in the continuous improvements within the Customer service team 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced Order Management role, preferably in the Water industry or related industryExperience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems as well as MS OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information Demonstrating good judgment and initiative Self-motivated, confident, reliable and able to plan and follow up on outstanding issuesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
