A manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village is looking for a permanent Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This is a family feel environment that promotes from within. The role involves determining customer needs, providing specialized information, assisting with orders, and ensuring services are secure. ​

Key Responsibilities:

Order management, production follow-up, and shipment scheduling ​Managing revisions, accruals, and EDI order processes ​Maintaining customer-specific systems and portals ​Diagnosing customer issues and recommending solutions ​Performing office support functions, including phone backup and message handling ​Ensuring confidentiality and working under deadlines ​UPS shipping of samples/documents and other duties as assigned ​

Qualifications:
