POSITION SCHEDULE IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M.

Responsible for ensuring that customers and Account Managers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service. In addition, responsible to meet customer needs and enhance customer relationships. Supports sales and their initiatives that enhance operating company profitability. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Input customer orders and credits accurately and in a timely manner.Demonstrates a strong commitment to service quality Provides effective customer service by answering questions and resolving problems for customers, and other teammates. Utilize the company order entry system to its fullest extent to provide information or resolve problemsPerforms administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, checking in visitors, and answering phones.Attend training and Customer Service meetings.Covering shifts outside of the regular schedule on occasion such as a SundayPerforms other related duties as assigned.
