Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract position with the potential to transition to a permanent role that requires working fully on-site Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Process customer inquiries and orders, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution. • Provide updates and delivery information to customers, maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. • Track orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively. • Respond promptly to customer requests and address concerns or complaints with professionalism. • Communicate with customers verbally and in writing to provide clear and concise information. • Evaluate customer and carrier inquiries to determine the best solutions for product and service needs. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order adjustments to ensure accuracy. • Set up new accounts for customers and carriers as needed. • Handle administrative tasks and special projects assigned by management. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and the ability to manage high call volumes. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple orders in various stages. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively. • Experience with administrative assistance tasks. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
