Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls using VoIP systems. • Strong skills in data entry and order processing. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Ability to manage email correspondence with clarity and professionalism. • Excellent organizational skills, including appointment scheduling. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
