Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
+ Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
+ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
+ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or service industry
+ Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
