Responsibilities:

Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receiptsProcess Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management softwareAssists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts ReceivablesPrepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and postedMay occasionally close repair ordersMay assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process BalancingMay assist with parts and sublet data entry into management softwareDocument Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements

Qualifications:

Body Shop Experience (preferred)Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
