Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tracy, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing order processes and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail using word processing and spreadsheet tools. • Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to forecast allocations. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing clear and precise communication. • Prepare concise reports, documentation, and routine correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient account coverage and support. • Book customer orders in a timely manner while adhering to established procedures. • Address issues related to deliveries and proactively work to resolve them. • Participate in team activities to enhance overall operational efficiency and service quality. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the order fulfillment system. Requirements • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet applications. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting. • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer delivery issues. • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and customer correspondence.
