Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This is a Contract-to-permanent position with the potential for long-term growth within the company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills to assist with customer inquiries and problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. • Provide accurate information about services, processes, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary. • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions using internal systems. • Utilize multiple browsers and tools to efficiently manage and address customer needs. • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and their experience is positive. • Train on Outlook and other systems as required to perform daily tasks. • Contribute to a positive work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. Requirements • Eagerness to answer phones in a friendly manner. • Prefers experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment. • Working knowledge of computers, including experience using Windows operating systems. • Familiarity with email correspondence tools, such as Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to collaborate with others and ask questions to improve understanding.
