Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: • Process customer purchase orders with precision and efficiency to meet deadlines. • Coordinate with the supply chain team to verify product availability and delivery schedules. • Work closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to arrange shipments and oversee delivery tracking. • Ensure that orders are dispatched and invoiced in compliance with customer specifications and company standards. • Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status, backorders, and any modifications. • Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer information and item master data to support business operations. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a focus on order management. • Strong skills in order entry and managing purchase orders. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including email correspondence. • Ability to collaborate effectively with supply chain teams, logistics partners, and customers. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools is a plus.
