Customer Service Representative
Description At Robert Half, we're seeking an energetic and professional Customer Service Representative to support our valued clients and customers. Key Responsibilities + Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and efficient manner. + Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues while maintaining a positive client experience. + Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system or database. + Provide product or service information and direct customers to the appropriate team when needed. + Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures to relay accurate information to customers. + Help troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex service issues as necessary. + Process orders, returns, or adjustments in line with company guidelines. + Support administrative tasks as needed during high-volume periods. Requirements + Previous experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service are a plus.
