Description We are offering a contract position opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the bustling city of Fairfax, Virginia. This position is located within a dynamic industry with a focus on customer interaction and financial services. The role is based on site, offering the opportunity to be part of a vibrant office Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications. • Maintain and update customer credit records with precise attention to detail. • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary. • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and emails. • Send out notifications about delinquent payments via email, voicemail, and mail. • Update customer accounts and perform data entry tasks. • Adapt to different situations, showcasing flexibility and a positive attitude. • Work collaboratively within the team in a high-paced call center environment. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and maintain computer literacy. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role. • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking • Great handling phone calls and data entry similar role. • Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
