Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks and compile detailed reports to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with loan teams and vendors to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and updating documentation.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Multitask effectively to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and deliver reports required by various departments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to complete assignments efficiently.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while working on complex tasks.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to team success in a collaborative setting. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills to support data entry and report preparation.
• Previous experience in insurance or related industries is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with email correspondence.
