Position Summary
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to both domestic and international clients. You will collaborate across departments and support the external sales team to ensure seamless product delivery and informed customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across local and global markets
Manage inbound enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams as required
Prepare detailed quotations and assist in the tendering process
Provide product guidance and support in collaboration with the external sales team
