Position Summary
Receive and process orders for customers and ensure the fastest possible delivery to these customers, as well as timely invoicing.
Follow-up from order to delivery.
Contribute to an outstanding purchasing experience for our customers
Responsibilities
Active follow-up of customers by telephone and email, concerning delivery times, promotional campaigns, payment arrears, absence of orders, ...
Receipt of orders from customers and distributors and input in the system, monitor from order to delivery, and contribute to a timely delivery of orders.
Assist with Month-end closing to accounts department.
Invoicing in a timely manner
Weekly reports to management
Handle with customer complaints
Communicate internally with Production, Planning and Sales regarding potential issues, solutions or opportunities.
First point of contact for customers and colleagues concerning questions, opportunities and issues;
Create and follow up customer complaints.
Other possible tasks associated with the sales administration.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics with commercial feeling or you have experience in a similar function.
You express yourself fluently in English (native level) and Spanish. French is a plus.
You can communicate at different levels, both outside and within the organization.
You can easily handle Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and you preferably have experience with an ERP package.
You are a dynamic graduate or you have a first work experience in a similar role.
You are willing to make occasional trips.
