Customer Service Representative

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
* Receive customer purchase orders
* The Customer Service Representative will manage email inbox of customer project requests including receiving the email, updating the internal project board, prepping Design Services, and replying to the customer confirming receipt of the request
* Ensure all information was provided by the customer to ensure the project estimator can properly provide a quote; Gather additional information as needed
* Communicate, both internally and externally, to make sure expectations and timelines are clear
* Verify proper price and discount
* Review purchase order to quote and drawing for accuracy
* Enter the line items numbers in our Epicor program
* The Customer Service Representative will manage order as it progresses, some of which includes, incorporating feedback from our engineering team to our sales drawing and working with our customers to insure that understand what they will be receiving
* Other duties as assigned
