Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Receives, processes and schedules orders and provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote company sales. Facilitates communication between the plant, field and drivers and the Dispatch Center with accuracy and timeliness. This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Acts as point of contact to customers related to sales inquiries and coordinates thesales order process. Manages incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices. Addresses customer issues and ensures effective problem resolution. Probes the customer for additional information including upcoming orders and cut off quantities. Ensures that customer understands all relevant company policies including will calls, additional products ordered and driver responsibilities. Informs customer of warnings concerning product hazards, load limits, vehicle weights and limitations. + Receives a high volume of orders from customers and accurately enters the orders into dispatch system. Reviews orders for accuracy and proper plant placement. Uses knowledge of delivery areas to ensure correct travel times and spacing. Acts as point of contact for customers, drivers and vendors. + Assists Dispatcher with scheduling plants to ensure order fulfillment. Schedules orders and trucks in order to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personnel. Updates trucks status in dispatch system to improve job productivity transparency. Minimizes non-productive driver time through efficient scheduling. Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** High School Diploma or GED **Required Work Experience:** Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service experience, or experience in a high volume call center or Dispatch center. **Required Technical Skills:** Dispatch systems, Personal Computer, Telephone and Telephone Headset. **Additional Requirements:** + Excellent oral (telephone) communication skills. + Bilingual communications skills are a plus. + Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers. + Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work. + Strong organizational skills. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
