**Call Center Service Representative I**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Call Center Service Representative** to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an **on-site position** that plays a crucial role in assisting patients 24/7, 365 days a year, with heart monitoring services. + **Assignment Type:** Temporary to Hire
+ **Standard Work Hours:** Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide compassionate and efficient support to patients regarding heart monitoring services.
+ Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
+ Accurately document all patient interactions and information in the system.
+ Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
+ Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding patient privacy and data handling.
**Requirements**
+ Reliable transportation
+ Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
+ Strong communication and active listening skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
+ Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Training Schedule**
+ 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per week
