Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Orders management (status control, document flow control, help to Sales Representatives in non-standard questions);Cross-functional collaboration to solve problems at each stage of order processing;Customer master data management (check and approval in SFDC);Primary contact for Sales Representative regarding OTC issues;Manage discrepancies (pricing, money refund, order changes);Work with documents (prepare additional agreements, addendums to the contracts);Handle incoming enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner;Act as backup to internal stakeholders on order handling;Goods return processing in SAP;Original documents collection.

Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in customer service;Strong coordination and communication skills with good initiative to problem solving;Strong attention to details;Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive under high stress and frequent changes;Result oriented;Ability to work in a team;SAP knowledge is a plus.
