Customer Service Representative

Our client, a service solutions company  is seeking a customer service specialists to join their team. As a customer service specialist  you will be part of supporting the emergency response team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, ability to stay calm in stressful situations and detail oriented  which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contact Center Representative 

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 

Pay Range: $16.50-$17.28

 

What’s the Job?

Provide personalized customer service to clients, ensuring a premium experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requests and needs. Assist in organizing and facilitating exclusive events and experiences for luxury customers.

 What’s Needed?

HS Diploma or equivalent  Clear communication skills  Attention to details  Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and compassion
