Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling various customer interactions and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls promptly and with attention to detail, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns. • Provide excellent service in a call center environment, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. • Manage and update customer information through accurate data entry. • Handle email correspondence with customers, maintaining a clear and precise tone. • Process orders and ensure timely order entry into the system. • Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information. • Schedule appointments accurately while coordinating with customers and team members. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data and create necessary documentation. • Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles. • Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Experience with email correspondence and clear, concise communication. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
