Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Berlin, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless order management and providing exceptional support to various departments, including Sales, Technical Services, and Purchasing. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity allows for growth and development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process customer orders efficiently using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth communication and support.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering responsive and courteous assistance to clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word, to create reports and process information.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound call activities to support business operations.
• Assist with email correspondence to address client needs and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar order management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
