This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer interactions efficiently in the financial/banking industry. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and offering solutions. • Manage and update customer data in company systems through efficient data entry. • Schedule appointments and handle order entries as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service. • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively. • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document and organize relevant information. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entries. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
