Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lewisburg, Ohio. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing excellent service. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate department or destination. • Accurately input, track, and maintain data in various software systems. • Manage truck weighing processes, issue scale tickets, and guide drivers to designated loading areas. • Provide safety briefings to visitors and distribute necessary protective equipment, such as hard hats and safety glasses. • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Maintain organized records and generate reports as needed. • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or a related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and documentation. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and email correspondence. • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Attention to detail and accuracy when entering and tracking information. • Familiarity with order entry systems and processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
