Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in La Verne, California. This role involves extensive travel aboard a vessel for extended periods, providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities: • Travel extensively with the team aboard a ship, potentially up to nine months annually. • Coordinate daily logistics and ensure seamless communication with both clients and internal teams. • Handle physical tasks, including lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds. • Adhere to established procedures and maintain consistent service quality. • Quickly adapt to dynamic environments, including extended working hours and nontraditional schedules. • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries, offering attentive assistance and solutions. • Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation. • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, organize schedules, and support team operations. • Maintain email correspondence and order entry processes with precision. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure. • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles. • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and endure long working hours. • Excellent problem-solving skills and time management abilities. • Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a dependable work ethic.
