Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a permanent, hybrid position. This role plays a vital behind-the-scenes part in supporting our fast-paced operations through email and phone communication. While it does not involve face-to-face interaction with clients, it is essential to delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth internal processes.
You’ll work both remotely and from our La Verne, CA office as part of a collaborative team. Occasional travel may be required for company events or special projects, but the majority of your time will be spent supporting clients and team members virtually and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and phone
+ Support day-to-day logistics and communication with internal and external teams
+ Assist with coordinating schedules, tracking requests, and maintaining documentation
+ Lift and transport materials or packages (up to 50 lbs) on occasion
+ Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all communications and procedures
+ Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support
+ Capable of occasional physical tasks and extended computer-based work

Workplace Details:
+ Location: La Verne, CA
+ Schedule: Hybrid (in-office and remote flexibility)
+ Hours: Full-time, may require flexibility during peak periods
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and endure long working hours.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
