Description Position Overview: The Research Specialist is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and maintaining data and municipal documentation related to commercial properties. This role requires strong research abilities, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll build and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts while ensuring accurate and timely processing of document requests.
