\nConduent are a Global Business Processing Outsource company. This role will be supporting a busy transportation client and will involve managing customer calls, web chat and correspondence.
\nBeing enthusiastic and motivated to deliver an outstanding level of customer service is paramount to our global & mission-critical services. The role can be varied across all teams, so flexibility is required.
\nContract: Permanent
\nLocation: Leeds, LS11 5BD
\nShifts: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shifts - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 08.00am and 8:00pm with alternate days worked on a weekend.
Salary: £23,809.50 rising to £24,297 after completion of probation period (Pro-Rata)
Your responsibilities will include:
\nProvide excellent customer service over the phone, email and webchat.
\nIdentifying opportunities to promote additional services to the customer.
\nResolve any customer complaints and queries.
\nHelp shape our culture by demonstrating our core values.
\nAttending training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
\nWhat we are looking for:
\nA desire to deliver great customer service & aim to make customers happy with the service they have received on first contact.
\nAn empathetic approach to customers in difficult situations.
\nBeing able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
\nA clear understanding of what good service looks like.
\nYou will need to demonstrate a positive & professional telephone manner.
\nGood verbal, writing & communication skills.
