Customer Service Representative
Description We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, this position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities: • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and friendliness, addressing concerns and providing recommendations as needed. • Manage reservation bookings, including confirmations, adjustments, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records in the system. • Utilize reservation software such as Resy, OpenTable, or similar platforms to ensure seamless booking experiences. • Handle inbound calls efficiently, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. • Maintain a thorough understanding of services and offerings to provide accurate information to guests. • Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and improve customer service processes. • Monitor and update reservation system data to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Deliver personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide proactive solutions. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or reservation role within a hospitality environment. • Proficiency in using reservation software such as Resy, OpenTable, or similar systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. • Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. • Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations and maintain accurate records. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. • Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and provide effective resolutions. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
